I would have liked to include syllabus details for qualifcations, particularly those being taught by the TAFE in NSW (where I work). It wouldld have made my job easier to do so, but they have made their documents subject to the provisions of the Copyright Act 1968 (before PCs were invented, let alone the internet!). This includes the following proviso:

A licence is required to:
- use this material for training delivery
- reproduce in part or whole
- incorporate a significant part of the material into a derivative such as, an Enhancement, Contextualisation, Supplementary or Compilation
- on-sell or licence, in part or whole, to a third party.

Which makes it just about impossible to include their information on a publicly avialable web site. sigh...
